Rights and limitations Realtimegolf is not a booking request website. You will be accessing the golf club's own booking sheet directly and by using the Realtimegolf public internet portal for tee-time, you agree to be bound by that Golf club's booking policy and any other terms referenced therein (including without limitation, those of the individual golf course), the same as if you had signed them. Neither the Realtime Booking Company nor any of its employees, agents or representatives shall be liable for any damage, loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising from the use of, or inability to use this web site Handicap information limitations Golfer handicaps are calculated by Realtimegolf and these handicap will be displayed on the website as well as at all Realtimegolf Clubs. The Realtime Booking Company has taken all possible care to ensure the accuracy of information on the website, email and SMS handicap notification Booking fees You may or may not be charged a booking fee by the golf club. If you are charged a booking fee, this fee will be clear.gifly displayed to you on the booking confirmation page prior to payment. In ay event you are responsible for paying the golf course the per-person rate for a round of golf and other applicable taxes and charges. After you have completed the booking process a tee-time booking confirmation slip will be e-mailed to you which includes, but is not limited to, time of booking, golf course name, the number of persons playing, each person per-round rate charges and applicable taxes and charges Pre-registration for visitors Golfers booking on a golf club's booking sheet as a visitor must first register themselves on that golf club's realtimegolf booking system which can be done during your first access of the golf club's online public booking Thereafter you will be in that golf club's database and no more registration is necessary. Payments for bookings made All payments for the rounds booked and any other applicable taxes and charges will paid BY YOU directly to the golf course using your credit card or any other method of payment acceptable an agreed to by the golf course. All matters relating to payment of such charges are to be resolved strictly between the applicable golf course and you. Realtimegolf has no rights, duties or obligations relating to the processing of your credit card for payment. Realtimegolf is not involved in the booking process, you are booking directly on the golf club booking sheet. Any cancellation requests must be addressed directly to the golf club management who may or may not accept your cancellation. If you fail to contact the golf club to discuss cancellation of your booking you will be responsible for any charges the golf course may assess, including the cost of the booked rounds of golf, plus taxes and other charges, all of which the golf course may bill directly to your credit card account. Sms scoring and handicapping functions ALL South African golfers, whether handicapped by NGN, Akili, or Realtimegolf can subscribe on the Realtimegolf website to email and SMS handicap notification and SMS scoring facilities. The Realtime Booking Company offers current and latest updated handicap notification via e-mail as a free service. SMS requests for updated handicaps or for SMS score entries are charged at premium SMS rates to the golfers. Once subscribed golfers will have immediate access to these facilities. The Realtime Booking Company uses the services of BULKSMS which is a world leader gateway in cellphone SMS communications. BULKSMS uses firewall security as well as Verisign SSL encryption Electronic communications The Realtime Booking Company and its partner golf clubs may, from time to time, under their discretion, advertise sponsor / partner information to golfers accessing the public booking sheet and website or using the email and SMS scoring facilities Hyperlinks No person, business or web site may link to any page on this site without the prior written permission of the Realtime Booking Company. Such permission may be obtained from the Realtime Booking Company. Hyperlinks provided on this site to non-Realtimegolf sites are provided as a free service and the Realtime Booking Company does not necessarily agree with, edit or sponsor the content on such sites Security of the website Any person that tampers with or attempts to tamper with the code on this web site or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any page on this web site shall be prosecuted, and civil damages shall be claimed in the event that the Realtime Booking Company suffers any damage or loss. Criminal charges may also be instituted.
